HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will receive an automated email stating that your order has been processed. After the order is sent to you, you will receive another email stating that your order has been shipped. We will provide you with the order number and track its shipment for you.

You can also search your order numbers in "Track Orders" in Navigation or you can also search on 17 Track Web: www.17track.net

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your trash box or advertising box in case or contact our staff. We are happy to answer your questions online.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

At Fashionslee we pay great attention to the quality of our products. If, however, despite all of the quality controls carried out, an item appears to be faulty, we ask kindly that you contact the customer services including:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the problem
3. Pictures of the faulty item(s)

THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If an item is missing from your order and we did not informed you by email, we are very sorry. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services with:
1. Your order number
2. The reference of the missing item.

ABOUT DELIVERY

Express company will deliver your parcel at the delivery address indicated when finalising your order. If you are not present during the delivery express company can:

- If you indicated a home address :Make another delivery attempt on the following day or drop your parcel at a pick-up point. A note will be left in your mailbox.

- If you indicated an office address : Make another delivery attempt up to thrice. Please note that after the third attempt the parcel will be dropped at a pick-up point or sent back to sender.

Please note that in some countries, express company can delivery your parcel in a safe place instead of directly to you.

How long will it take for the delivery?

The delivery period can alter according to your delivery address. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: Standard Shipping usually takes about 9–15 business days. Express shipping may take 3-8 business days to arrive in the destination. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 25 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. The delivery date on all order is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee.

If I want to cancel the order, what should I do?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer services with:
1. Your order number
2. If it's convenient, please let us know the reason for cancelling the order. If there's anything we can do to assist, we will do so.

Cancellation:The bank handling all order transactions will charge a 4.5% handling fee. If the order is cancelled due to the buyer's own reasons, the handling fee will be deducted and a refund will be processed. Cancellation of order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed over 10 hours. This policy was established to prevent malicious orders.

How should I choose the right size?

Item runs true to size chart (Product Details Page) and is cut to suit our size chart. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit. Do not size up or down.

If I receive the item(s) and find it doesn't fit or I don't like it, will you offer a 30-day no-reason return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. Please contact us via email and let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Regarding the issue of not fitting properly, we offer two options: exchange or return.
